Developed by homestead (subsidiary BT Homestead), the building consists of one block, the main subdivided into 3 semi-blocks. Privacy assured, only 2 units neighbour each other in one semi-block. Altogether there are only 6 units per floor (3 pairs).

Settled in greenery, it's design captures a lovely view of green hills and mountains and the urban landscapes of KL. The lobby, grounds and foyers are also airy with lots of natural light and space. Most units if not all are occupied and the condo is reputed to have a high occupancy rate along with its neighbor Almaspuri.
 
Angkupuri is part of the 'older' developments and as such is counted among the mid-range condominiums. However far from being shabby, it's more in relation to the top notches of the surrounding area's "luxury" projects. Good building management has kept the property in upscale and comfortable condition.

A makeover this year (2014) included newly overhauled Guard House and a new Gym beside the pool area.

Ideally located on the central part of the main road Jalan Kiara, the location is convenient, lined with beautiful side walks and natural tree canopy. The traffic can accumulate peak times but it does side step the busiest congestion which is towards Plaza Mont Kiara.

Driving out, one side heads to 1MontKiara, Plaza Mont Kiara, Desa Sri Hartamas or Jalan Damansara and the other to Solaris, Publika, Nusa Damansara or Jalan Duta.

A growing number of expatriates reside in Mont Kiara. Although the design is from an older decade, the charm and quality of good living is preserved, and added to it, the value of being an established residence.
